Confident Communication is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are available upon request for families who would like to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.
Individual Speech Sessions
30 minutes | $85
Each virtual 30-minute session is personalized, focused, and designed to target your child’s specific communication goals. Sessions are engaging, evidence-based, and tailored to support growth in articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, and social communication skills.
Our goal is to build confidence, increase independence, and create meaningful progress — one session at a time.
Small Group Programs

Confident Communication Pediatric Therapy is excited to introduce virtual small-group programs designed to build confidence and strengthen communication skills in a supportive, engaging online environment.
Virtual Fluency Support Group
Designed for children who stutter or experience fluency challenges, this group focuses on building confidence, self-advocacy, and practical communication strategies. Participants will learn evidence-based tools while connecting with peers who share similar experiences.
Virtual Social Communication Group
This structured small group supports children in developing conversational skills, perspective-taking, emotional regulation, and peer interaction in a guided, interactive virtual setting.
Group sizes will remain small to ensure individualized support and meaningful progress.
Evaluations
Fuctional Receptive-Expressive Language Asessment
60 minutes | $275
This individualized language assessment provides a comprehensive overview of your child’s receptive (understanding) and expressive (use of language) skills through structured activities, play-based interaction, language sampling, and clinical observation.
This assessment focuses on functional communication skills, including vocabulary, sentence structure, comprehension, and conversational abilities.
Families receive a written summary report outlining strengths, areas of need, and personalized recommendations. A parent consultation is included to review findings and discuss next steps.
Articulation Evaluation
45-60 minutes | $200
This individualized evaluation examines your child’s speech sound production and clarity in a supportive environment. Standardized and informal assessment measures are used to identify speech patterns and areas impacting effective communication.
An oral mechanism examination is also completed to assess the strength and coordination of the speech structures involved in sound production.
A detailed written report and personalized recommendations are provided, along with a parent consultation to review results and plan next steps toward confident communication.
Fluency/Stuttering Evaluation
Early Language Evaluation (birth–36 months)
Informal Speech & Language Assessment
45-60 minutes | $200
This comprehensive fluency evaluation assesses patterns of stuttering, including repetitions, prolongations, blocks, and overall communication impact. Standardized measures, speech sampling, and structured tasks are used to determine severity and functional effects across settings.
This evaluation also considers communication confidence and emotional impact related to fluency.
Families receive a detailed written report outlining severity rating, clinical impressions, and individualized recommendations. A parent consultation is included to review findings and discuss supportive next steps.
45-60 minutes | $230
This early language evaluation assesses how your infant or toddler understands and uses language. It includes a caregiver interview, review of developmental history, and observation of communication during play and everyday interactions. A standardized measure, such as the REEL-4, may be used when appropriate.
Families receive a detailed written report describing receptive and expressive language skills, clinical impressions, and individualized recommendations. A parent consultation is included to review the findings and discuss ways to support communication at home.
45-60 minutes | $200
This informal assessment explores your child’s communication strengths and areas of need through a caregiver interview, observation, and play-based or conversational activities. It may look at how your child understands language, expresses ideas, and communicates during everyday interactions.
Families receive a brief written summary of clinical impressions and individualized recommendations. A parent consultation is included to review the findings and discuss next steps. This assessment does not include standardized testing or scores.
